1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to ProTutorz. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Overview

ProTutorz is a zero-commission private tutoring marketplace connecting students/parents with independent home and online tutors. ProTutorz does not charge commissions on tuition fees or lessons. Tutors set their own rates, and payments are settled directly between tutors and students.

3. Verification & Badges

We provide mobile OTP and Aadhaar verification options to build trust. However, ProTutorz does not guarantee the qualifications, character, or performance of any tutor. Students and parents are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before hiring a tutor.

4. Coin Economy & Unlocks

The platform operates on a virtual coin system. Tutors consume coins to unlock student requirements, and students consume coins/views to unlock tutor contact details. Unlocks are final, non-refundable, and subject to platform rules.

5. User Conduct & Safety

Users must provide accurate profile details. Any misrepresentation, harassment, or attempt to bypass platform security will result in immediate account termination. Users must prioritize their own safety when organizing in-person sessions.

6. Liability Disclaimer

ProTutorz is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses resulting from tutoring engagements or platform downtime.
